La poissonnade a permis de<br /> redresser la situation financière du club.<br /> Concernant le stock, tous les polos n’ont pas été vendus ; il reste encore du stock à écouler.<br /> Le montant de l’adhésion est stable, et le tarif des plongées reste inchangé.<br /> Un tarif spécifique sera mis en place pour le gonflage Nitrox.<br /> Le club bénéficie d’une situation financière saine, ayant financé l’achat du nouveau tracteur sans recourir<br /> à un prêt.<br /> Rapport moral<br /> Présenté par le président, Marcel Tisserand, il a été adopté à l’unanimité.<br /> Points positifs :<br /> • La poissonnade a permis de redresser la situation financière, merci à tous, y compris aux<br /> conjoints et enfants.<br /> • Achat d’un nouveau tracteur, facilitant la saison.<br /> • Formation technique à venir pour l’utilisation du tracteur, dispensée par Franck Deschamps.<br /> • Remerciements aux donateurs.<br /> Points à améliorer :<br /> • Plus de rigueur à la piscine, notamment en cas d’annulation de séance. Une prévenance du<br /> service qui gère les créneaux sera obligatoire.<br /> • Organisation d’une rencontre avec le nouveau directeur du pôle sportif de Caen la mer dans les<br /> semaines à venir.<br /> • Il y a de moins en moins de blocs de 15 litres pour les sorties (blocs prêtés aux plongeurs). Si<br /> certains membres peuvent laisser leurs blocs personnels au club, cela évitera des<br /> investissements supplémentaires.<br /> • Félicitations à François, Gérald et Christophe pour leurs passages de niveaux.<br /> Bilan technique<br /> Présenté par Bruno, il a souligné :<br /> • La présence de pilotes pour la bonne organisation des plongées.<br /> • Une baisse du nombre de plongées par rapport à l’année précédente, en partie due au<br /> remplacement du tracteur et aux roulements de remorque HS.<br /> • Quelques soucis électriques en fin de saison.<br /> • La nécessité de programmer des plongées spécifiques pour les niveaux N1.<br /> Élections<br /> Le tiers sortant, comprenant Florence Bertiau et Franck Deschamps, a été renouvelé à l’unanimité.<br /> Le nouveau bureau est constitué comme suit :<br /> • Président : Marcel Tisserand<br /> • Vice-président : Franck Deschamps<br /> • Secrétaire : Philippe Poirier<br /> • Trésorière : Florence Bertiau<br /> • Responsables du matériel : Jean-Michel Patault et David Deshayes<br /> Projets et prévisions pour l’année prochaine<br /> • Salon de la plongée en janvier : Marcel fera la demande pour un mini-bus.<br /> • Poissonnade : réservez votre 15 août 2026.<br /> • Vide-grenier : Marcel se renseignera auprès de la mairie.<br /> • Voyage : les tarifs de transport ayant augmenté, il est difficile d’obtenir un devis précis sans un<br /> nombre certain de participants.
